It's your discovery, good job!

Hello. I thought dvd shrink was burning my dvd after shrinking it. It's description in reviews says it is not capable of doing this. I guess I had another program setup to do the burning and did not know it because now after it is saved to the hard drive it no longer starts the burn proccess. Am I right that dvd shrink is not capable of burning or do I have a newer version that can burn but is acting funny for some reason? I am confussed.
